- Independent processing of ongoing financial accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of discrepancies
- Processing of national and international payment transactions
- Incoming invoice handling
- Issuing outgoing invoices
- Handling the dunning process and support in receivables management
- Support in monthly financial closings in accordance with HGB
- Process documentation in our internal knowledge database (Confluence)

Your profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g., tax clerk, industrial clerk), ideally with a focus on financial accounting or a comparable qualification
- 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting
- Solid knowledge of common accounting programs (DATEV preferred) and Microsoft Excel
- Affinity for numbers, accuracy, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good German skills and good English skills
